Article (3) of the original instructions shall be amended as follows:
First: By deleting Item (4) of Paragraph (B) thereof.
Second: - By deleting the text of Paragraph (C) thereof and replacing it with the following text: -
C- Motorcycles (regular and scooters) whose engine capacity exceeds (100 cm3) and sports bikes regardless of their engine capacity are registered and licensed when they are registered and licensed in the names of persons in accordance with the provisions of these instructions.
Third: By deleting the phrase (250 cm3) mentioned in Paragraph (D) thereof and replacing it with the phrase (100 cm3).
Fourth: By adding paragraphs (E and F) to it as follows:
