1- The current taxes to which the agreement applies are: -

A- For France:

- Income tax

Inheritance tax

(Hereinafter referred to as the French tax).

B- For the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

The obligation of Zakat

Article 3

1- In this agreement, unless the meaning of the text requires otherwise:

A- The term (country and other country) means France or the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as required by the text.

B- It includes the term (person) any natural person.
