Article 2

The following words and phrases - wherever they appear in this system - mean the meanings shown before them unless the context requires it to be creative:

1- Road: Every path is open to the public walk.

2- Road river: a part of the road where vehicles are allowed to drive.

3- Road path (lane - avenue - line): Any part of the transverse parts to which the road river is divided, and its width is permitted for the passage of one row of successive vehicles, whether or not longitudinal signs mark them on the road surface.

4- Quay: A part of the road intended for pedestrian walk.

5- Al-Jazeera: the space separating the two rivers.

6- Road detection: A part of the road is free and adjacent to its river, on one or two sides, intended for emergency vehicle interruption.

7- The Campus Road: The space designated for the road. - Intersection: Every convergence, encounter, or branching of roads on one or several levels, and it includes the area formed as a result of that in full.

8- Free-flowing road: The river of the road that is entered or exited through designated entrances and exits, and does not directly serve the properties adjacent to the road.

10 - Service Road: The river that runs along the road (free movement) and serves the neighboring properties directly.

11- Stopping: Parking the vehicle for a period of time that necessitates the necessity of walking, getting into, or getting in, or loading or unloading goods.

12- Parking or Waiting: The vehicle is present in a place for a specified or indefinite period in non-stops.

13- Position: the place designated for parking vehicles.

14- Road signs: Lines or signs on or off the road to regulate road use.

15 - Reflectors: Any reflective material placed on the road as one of its signs, or placed in the ends or sides of the vehicle so that it can be seen from a suitable distance.

16- Turn: The curve in which the direction of the road changes.

17- Al-Shakhatat: All signs and signs that are held on the road.

18- The vehicle: Any means of transportation intended for walking on wheels or a track. It is driven or towed by mechanical or animal power and does not include trains.

19- The car: Every motor vehicle used to transport people or things, or both, or tow vehicles intended to transport people or things, or both.

20- Private Car: The car intended for the private use of transporting passengers and their requirements without pay.

21- Taxi: The car intended for the transportation of passengers and their requirements for a fee that does not exceed eight people.

22- Bus: A car intended to transport a number of passengers and their requirements, whose number exceeds eight, and is divided into two types:

A- Public bus: for the transportation of passengers and their requirements for a fee.

B- A private bus: for the transportation of passengers and their requirements without pay.

23- Transport vehicle: A vehicle intended for transporting animals and objects, and it is divided into two types:

A- Public transport: for the transportation of animals, things and goods for a fee.

B - Special transportation: to transport animals, things and goods without pay.

24- Tractor vehicle: A vehicle that is connected to a trailer, and together they form one unit.

25- Trailer: Every vehicle has no motor, which is towed by another motor vehicle.

1- Each vehicle shall have a special number that it carries registered with the competent department, as determined by the regulations.

B - The driver's license number is the vehicle plate number itself, and if any change is made to the license plate number, the same change must be made to the traffic license.
