Emiri Decree Amending Some Provisions of Emiri Decree No. (33) of 2000 Regarding the Procedures for Preparing Legislation
Article 1
The texts of Articles (6) and (15) of the aforementioned Emiri Resolution No. (33) of 2000 shall be replaced, The following two texts:
Article (6):
A permanent legal committee called (the Standing Committee for Legislative Affairs) shall be established. Its headquarters shall be the General Secretariat, It is constituted as follows:

3- Three legal members of the Emiri Diwan

Article 2

on all competent authorities, each in his own way, Implementation of this decision. It shall come into effect from the first of April 2003. It shall be published in the Official Gazette.
