Article (58)

Construction line and retreats: -

A- The building line shall be separated by a minimum of two meters (2.00 m) from the regulation line for the boundaries of the plot in the following cases:

1- Facing the regulating line of the main road, even when there are no openings.

2- Facing the organizing line of the main villa entrance.

B - When there is a common organizing line between two coupons, the construction line will move away according to the following equation so that it is not less than one and a half meters (1.50 m) and not more than six meters (6.00 m): -

C - The building line shall be separated by a minimum of one and a half meters (1.50 m) from the boundaries of the plot in order to make openings and windows for the building, in the following cases:

1- The organizing line overlooks a corridor three meters or more wide.

2- The organizing line faces a side ......

A- The maximum total height of the fence is (3.50 m); excluding the ornamental elements as shown below:
